Diamond Graphics & Apparel offers next day shipping on every order placed by 3:00 pm EST, Tuesday through Thursday. Orders submitted after 3:00 pm EST will ship the following business day. Our ultimate goal is to make sure every order is made correctly and ships out on time. From the moment you place your order to the moment you receive it in the mail, our staff will work rigorously to provide premium customer service.

Ground — $9.98 flat rate — (ships within 4-7 business days)
Rush — $18.98 flat rate — (ships within 2-4 business days)

Returns & Exchanges

To request a Return Authorization, please fill out the provided form and one of our staff members will respond to your RA request within 24 business hours.

Exchange/Return Policy

Diamond Graphics & Apparel will gladly replace items or provide a refund if the order has damages or was shipped incorrectly.

  • Customized or personalized products may not be exchanged or returned.

  • All exchanges and returns require a Return Authorization. Simply fill out and submit the form below or call us at (570) 263-7277 to request a Return Authorization.

  • Any exchanged or returned products must be shipped to our Mill Hall, PA location within 30 days of submitting the Return Authorization.
